To enter horses in the Quarter Horse Show, please print and complete the Quarter Horse Entry Form.

If you have already purchased a Manitoba Horse Council or a Provincial Horse Council Membership, please photocopy the membership card and send in lieu of the $30.00 insurance fee.

Make all cheques payable to MRCHBA INC. and send the cheque with the completed entry form, a copy your Horse Council Membership and copies of the registration papers to:
