1. All horses, including weanling must have registration papers to show. A copy of the registration papers must be sent with the entry forms. Weanlings must have registration papers and cannot be shown with a breeders certificate. A photocopy of transfer papers must be provided in lieu of papers in transit. NO PAYOUTS will be made without proof of eligibility.
2. Change in ownership does not void entry; but seller must report all transfers, including name and address of new owner to the Show Secretary within 10 days of sale. The new owner will be required to purchase the necessary memberships.
3. NO REFUNDS will be made on entry fees. Stall fees will be refunded if Show Secretary is notified 10 days prior to start of show.
4. U.S. Residents must send Canadian money orders. U.S. cheques are not accepted.
5. All prize money will be paid to the owner of the horse.
6. The Futurity Committee has the right to add or change any conditions as unforeseen circumstances may necessitate.
7. All owners and exhibitors must sign entry forms including: release of liability or waiver releasing MRCHBA, Keystone Futurity, their members and/or employees from any loss or damage to horses, equipment or exhibitors during the futurity.
8. Two judges will be selected by the Judges Committee.
9 . All horses at Futurity must have a stall. Box stalls. Stalls will be assigned. Bedding will be available for purchase.
10. Substitution of horses will be allowd upon receipt of a veterinary certificate. A substition charge of $20.00 will be applied.
11. Substitution without a veterinary certificate is considered a late entry. Late entry fees will be applied.
12. Youth Exhibitors are not eligible to show stallions.
13. Entries must be shown by same exhibitor both days. Exhibitor substitutions during futurity due to illness or accident will be subject to approval by Futurity Committee. Failure to do so will render the entrant subject to disqualification.
14. Entrants are responsible to enter horses in correct events. Horses entered in incorrect events will lose the entry fee paid if the correction is not made within 1 hour prior to the class start time.
15. MRCHBA Classes - all owners and exhibitors must hold a current membership with the MRCHBA, $15.00 - Single or $25.00 Family.
16. All Manitoba residents must also hold a current membership with the Manitoba Horse Council. MHC memberships are available on the MHC web site : http://www.manitobahorsecouncil.ca/
17. All out of province/state owners and exhibitors must purchase $30.00 non-resident insurance. Note: Residents of Saskatchewan, British Columbia or Alberta may use their provincial Horse Council membership card in lieu of the $30.00 non-resident insurance.
18. MRCHBA Class Payouts:
     1 horse - 100%
     2 horses - 60 - 40%
     3 horses - 50 -30 -20%
     4-14 horses - 40 - 30 - 20 - 10%
15 & more - 30 - 24 - 18 - 12 - 9 - 7%
19 . Classes with three or less entries are subject to cancellation.
20. All two year old and three year old snaffle bit classes will be run according to MRCHBA Rules. All equipment rules will be posted.
21. Payment for futurity classes can be made at the show
22. Only horses properly registered with the show office are allowed on the premises.
23. Extra horses must pay stall fee and a $25.00 arena charge, per horse, to the appropriate association. (i.e. Pleasure Horses pay MRCHBA).
24. Horses may be subject to drug testing.
25. All complaints & concerns are to be directed to the Show Chairman.
26. Offspring sired by stallions previously paid into the program are eligible to show at the cost of $75 per year shown in addition to regular fees. The offspring must have been born in a year the stallion was paid into the program.
